GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 5,200,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 372,831,527 representing 9.728% of the total issued shares to 378,031,527 representing 9.864% of total issued shares as of 15th January 2026.
