GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 6,188,481 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 366,643,046 representing 9.566% of the total issued shares to 372,831,527 representing 9.728% of total issued shares as of 14th January 2026.
