GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 3,210,813 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 363,432,233 representing 9.483% of the total issued shares to 366,643,046 representing 9.566% of total issued shares as of 13th January 2026.
