GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 7,059,931 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 356,372,302 representing 9.298% of the total issued shares to 363,432,233 representing 9.483% of total issued shares as of 12th January 2026.
