GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 8,058,426 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 348,313,876 representing 9.088% of the total issued shares to 356,372,302 representing 9.298% of total issued shares as of 11th January 2026.
