GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 391,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 347,922,876 representing 9.078% of the total issued shares to 348,313,876 representing 9.088% of total issued shares as of 09th January 2026.
