GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 323,917 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 378,031,527 representing 9.864% of the total issued shares to 378,355,444 representing 9.872% of total issued shares as of 16th January 2026.
