GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 9,949,528 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 312,419,756 representing 8.152% of the total issued shares to 322,369,284 representing 8.411% of total issued shares as of 30th December 2025.
