GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 3,438,351 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 308,981,405 representing 8.062% of the total issued shares to 312,419,756 representing 8.152% of total issued shares as of 29th December 2025.
