GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 7,243,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 301,738,405 representing 7.873% of the total issued shares to 308,981,405 representing 8.062% of total issued shares as of 28th December 2025.
