GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 954,093 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 300,784,312 representing 7.848% of the total issued shares to 301,738,405 representing 7.873% of total issued shares as of 26th December 2025.
