GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets
that it has acquired 5,950,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total
holding of treasury shares from 294,834,312 representing 7.693% of the
total issued shares to 300,784,312 representing 7.848% of total issued
shares as of 25th December 2025.
