GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 5,545,827 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 289,288,485 representing 7.548% of the total issued shares to 294,834,312 representing 7.693% of total issued shares as of 24th December 2025.
