GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 3,991,668 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 285,296,817 representing 7.444% of the total issued shares to 289,288,485 representing 7.548% of total issued shares as of 23rd December 2025.
