GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,480,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 322,369,284 representing 8.411% of the total issued shares to 324,849,284 representing 8.476% of total issued shares as of 31st December 2025.
