GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 714,837 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 254,908,272 representing 6.651% of the total issued shares to 255,623,109 representing 6.670% of total issued shares as of 02nd December 2025.
