GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 119,393 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 254,788,879 representing 6.648% of the total issued shares to 254,908,272 representing 6.651% of total issued shares as of 01st December 2025.
