GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 470,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 255,623,109 representing 6.670% of the total issued shares to 256,093,109 representing 6.682% of total issued shares as of 03rd December 2025.
