GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 930,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 235,389,315 representing 6.142% of the total issued shares to 236,319,315 representing 6.166% of total issued shares as of 23rd November 2025.
