GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 9,910,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 236,319,315 representing 6.166% of the total issued shares to 246,229,315 representing 6.425% of total issued shares as of 24th November 2025.
