GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 9,470,411 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 225,918,904 representing 5.895% of the total issued shares to 235,389,315 representing 6.142% of total issued shares as of 19th November 2025.
