GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 6,899,389 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 219,019,515 representing 5.715% of the total issued shares to 225,918,904 representing 5.895% of total issued shares as of 18th November 2025.
