GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,268,914 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 356,190,522 representing 9.29% of the total issued shares to 357,459,436 representing 9.33% of total issued shares as of 17th October 2023.
