GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 8,833,683 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 360,460,120 representing 9.41% of the total issued shares to 369,293,803 representing 9.64% of total issued shares as of 20th October 2023.
