GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,306,500 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 354,884,022 representing 9.26% of the total issued shares to 356,190,522 representing 9.29% of total issued shares as of 16th October 2023.
