In November 2021, we acquired 19 high quality, income yielding mission-critical logistics facilities located strategically across 14 states in a transaction valued at more than US$3 billion. The properties are fully leased on a long-term basis to Amazon, the global e-commerce giant.

The investment in these properties, which cover an area of over 10 million sq. ft, benefits from strong market fundamentals for logistics and the warehousing sector, where demand exceeds supply, as well as the thriving US e-commerce sector, which continues to witness growth and holds even further potential for expansion. The assets have been designed and built to suit Amazon’s specifications and form a critical part of the evolving supply-chain network in the US that is geared to reduce delivery times and streamline the flow of goods. The assets are strategically located near major ports and critical infrastructure, minimising inbound ground transportation expanses and providing significant national reach to a majority of the US market.
