GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired
1,365,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) on Bahrain Bourse and Boursa Kuwait increasing
the total holding of treasury shares from 299,984,545 shares to 301,349,545 shares representing
7.86% of total issued shares as at 5th June 2022.
