GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired
710,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange increasing the
total holding of treasury shares from 299,274,545 shares to 299,984,545 shares representing
7.83% of total issued shares as at 3rd June 2022.
