GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,840,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 327,876,376 representing 8.555% of the total issued shares to 330,716,376 representing 8.629% of total issued shares as of 05th January 2026.
