GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,878,843 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 324,997,533 representing 8.480% of the total issued shares to 327,876,376 representing 8.555% of total issued shares as of 04th January 2026.
