GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 10,007,033 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 269,207,134 representing 7.024% of the total issued shares to 279,214,167 representing 7.285% of total issued shares as of 21st December 2025.
