GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,227,017 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 266,980,117 representing 6.966% of the total issued shares to 269,207,134 representing 7.024% of total issued shares as of 19h December 2025.
