GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 3,388,218 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 260,658,973 representing 6.801% of the total issued shares to 264,047,191 representing 6.890% of total issued shares as of 15th December 2025.
