GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,488,300 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 258,170,673 representing 6.736% of the total issued shares to 260,658,973 representing 6.801% of total issued shares as of 14th December 2025.
