GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 563,542 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 256,446,509 representing 6.691% of the total issued shares to 257,010,051 representing 6.706% of total issued shares as of 09th December 2025.
