GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 353,400 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 256,093,109 representing 6.682%of the total issued shares to 256,446,509 representing 6.691% of total issued shares as of 07th December 2025.
