GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,200,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 252,528,879 representing 6.572% of the total issued shares to 253,728,879 representing 6.620% of total issued shares as of 27th November 2025.
