GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 3,199,564 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 249,329,315 representing 6.505% of the total issued shares to 252,528,879 representing 6.572% of total issued shares as of 26th November 2025.
