GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 975,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 201,896,111 representing 5.27% of the total issued shares to 202,871,111 representing 5.29% of total issued shares as of 01st May 2025.
