GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,594,170 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 200,301,941 representing 5.23% of the total issued shares to 201,896,111 representing 5.27% of total issued shares as of 30th April 2025.
