GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 970,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 373,090,546 representing 9.73% of the total issued shares to 374,060,546 representing 9.76% of total issued shares as of 06th June 2023.
