GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,835,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 371,255,546 representing 9.69% of the total issued shares to 373,090,546 representing 9.73% of total issued shares as of 05th June 2023.
