GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,725,200 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 380,306,884 shares to 382,032,084 shares representing 9.97% of total issued shares as at 26th July 2022.
