GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,227,299 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 382,032,084 shares to 383,259,383 shares representing 10.00% of total issued shares as at 27th July 2022.
