Our subsidiary GFH Capital Limited acquired a majority stake (80%) in Sheffield Private School (SPS), a leading Dubai-based private school. SPS was established in 2004 and has been growing at more than 7% per annum. Over 1,400 international students are currently enrolled at SPS and are educated in the British curriculum. Building on its strong reputation, SPS has reported steady growth in enrollment year on year, a trend which is expected to continue in line with the growing demand for high quality, international standard education in the UAE and across the MENA region.

SPS is located directly in the Al Qusais area, Al Nahda-2 near the border of Sharjah and Dubai, the school has been constructed on a 123,900 sq. ft. area of land. It is a purpose built school with a well-designed building used for educational and indoor activities with play areas for outdoor games and activities.
