The Portfolio targets strategic growth in the US medical sector by leveraging investment-grade tenancies with leading healthcare systems such as Baylor Scott & White and Memorial Hermann. These assets are characterized by long Weighted Average Lease Terms (WAULTs) and are positioned in regions experiencing a supply-demand imbalance, driven by demographic shifts, and increased healthcare spending.
