This Shari’a-compliant Fund leverages on existing high demand and limited supply for properties in these key sectors.

The Fund is designed to capitalize on the robust performance of the industrial and logistics sectors, which have shown resilience and strong growth, particularly fueled by near shoring, continued growth of e-commerce, and increased safety storage levels. With a portfolio of 21 income-yielding properties and a Murabaha facility to an industrial property, the Fund spans across eight states, offering strategic diversification.
