With reference to the previous announcements dated 12 May 2026 and 09 June 2026 regarding the voluntary offer for some of the share in Seef Properties B.S.C., we would like to confirm that there are no material developments from what was previously announced, and the offer remains under review, pending Seef Properties’ shareholders’ vote on the submitted offer.
