With reference to the shareholders’ proposal during the annual general meeting held on 3rd April 2022, with regards to re-distribution of the treasury shares as bonus shares instead of issuing new shares. GFH would like to advise its shareholders that it has approached the Central Bank of Bahrain for the aforementioned proposal and it was rejected. Accordingly, the distribution of bonus shares will be via the usual means of issuing new shares.
