GFH Financial Group would like to announce that it has sold
96,690,171 share of its treasury shares (representing 2.52% of its
total issued shares) to Dubai Investments PJSC at a price of USD
0.259 per share, and hence, the total number of treasury shares
held will reach 197,851,490 shares (representing 5.16%).
